The Delicate Art of Parking

Documentary film maker Lonny Goosen has just had his car towed. Again. Now owing thousands in outstanding tickets, he sets out to film a scathing expose of the corrupt institution of parking enforcement. Not surprisingly, Lonny has no trouble finding people venting their anger towards "the system", yet the parking enforcers themselves won't talk.
