I’m probably not the only one who thinks the second season was totally unnecessary. The Brits should've stopped after the first—wrapped it up as a mini-series and called it a day. The breakdown of a marriage was far more compelling than the psychological chaos the writers cooked up in season two. That said, the show still had some serious talent behind it because, even though season two dives deep into the realm of psychological madness, I found myself eagerly waiting for each episode to see what new twist would unfold in Dr. Foster’s world. And honestly, episode after episode, I couldn’t believe what was happening. While the first season felt grounded and real, the second is more of a ridiculous narrative mess—but hey, at least it's an entertaining one.
