It seems like New Zealand has a knack for comedy, with a surprising number of great comedic projects coming out of there. The same group of people is often behind these hits, so if you enjoyed the humor in What We Do in the Shadows, you'll be just as thrilled with this show. Wellington Paranormal follows a duo of police officers who are about as sharp as a freshly squeezed orange. Shot in a mockumentary style, it adds to the charm. Each episode features different supernatural beings — werewolves, vampires, zombies, ghosts — you name it. Wellington has it all, and the creators poke fun at them in such a way that if these creatures were real, they wouldn't let the creators off easy.
