angielski As artistically conceived darkness, The Alphabet is a perfect bedtime story for your kids if you want them to have a lifelong fear of the alphabet and anything associated with it. ()

angielski Well, it's definitely better than The Amputee and Six Figures Getting Sick. You can get a nice introduction to the alphabet here, even in English. Mixing animation and live-action was a big mistake here, because the animation part just spoils it. But the ending with the (half-dead?) girl babbling the alphabet was good, disgusting and depressing. ()

angielski "Abeceda" is one of the very first films by David Lynch, his student film. It combines animation with live-action and utilizes various filmmaking techniques. There is a lot going on in this film. Additionally, you will find out whether you like this author or not. His imagination is unique, and here he already shows that the dark side of a person and their body are close to him, as well as the industrial nature of the modern world, which is much more prominent in his "Eraserhead".
