Cruella DeMon zostaje zwolniona z więzienia za dobre sprawowanie. Kupuje podupadające schronisko dla zwierząt, którego kierownikiem jest dobroduszny, choć nieco naiwny Kevin Shepherd, a spragnione sensacji media kreują ją na bohaterkę i przyjaciółkę zwierząt. Gdy giną trzy małe dalmatyńczyki, wszystkie ślady wskazują niemogącą się wyrzec marzeń o nakrapianym futrze Cruellę. Podejrzenia są tym bardziej uzasadnione, że coraz częściej pokazuje się ona w towarzystwie sławnego francuskiego dyktatora mody. (TVN)

After some time, I realized that the first live-action film with Dalmatians is bad, but when I watched the second one, the first one seemed okay. The second film is truly dreadful, and the first half-hour is basically just stretching out nothing, where it's clear where it's heading. And then... well, and then nothing comes that should surprise you.

Compared to the first one, a deep drop among the worse B-movies. The only thing that saves this film are the cute dogs and a bit of Cruella (but not as much as in the first one). Gérard Depardieu embarrasses himself in this film. 4 z 10.
