Marvel: Daredevil (2015)
An impressive series, exactly to my taste, it makes my heart rate go up, my hair stand on end, and I grow old. Combining the dark corners of New York full of Russian mafia and corporations with a lawyer is tailor-made for me, and as a bonus there’s lots of blood and decent action, what more could you ask for (Marvel is not afraid of open fractures, heads being ripped off through car doors, or heads being smashed with bowling balls). Charlie Cox is likeable, his voice is chill-inducing and his skills and knowledge are admirable. The series keeps a decent pace throughout, supported by intelligent dialogue and a bleak atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone who is attracted to the following attributes in movies: mafia, drugs, hot chicks, corrupt cops, perfectly choreographed fights, thought-provoking dialogue and musings, trials, investigations, journalism, brutality and dark atmosphere, you won't have anything to complain about. If you don’t watch it you don’t exist.

Season 2 (2016) (S02)
Another excellent season confirms Daredevil's high qualities. The Punisher and the prison scenes with the Kingpin were the biggest boost. The Punisher's trial was also amazing. Slightly let down by the alternation of villains, I'm more suited to one villain for the whole series, but the satisfaction is high.

Season 3 (2018) (S03)
The anticipated third season is different than the two previous ones, but still excellent. Rather than typical Marvel, the series is close to those dark thrillers from the 90s where the bad guys rule (Kingpin has everyone under his thumb) and the new villain Bullseye is cool. Matt Murdock is really destroyed in this series, losing everything, learning to fight again, training and regaining his powers. He doesn't even put on his suit for the whole series and I'm not that satisfied action-wise (apart from the prison scene, nothing really impressed me), but the amount of twists, emotions, thick atmosphere and impressive dialogue is enough to make me extremely satisfied with the third season. 85%
