Negative and positive are basic concepts in the philosophy of ancient Chinese. As the original meanings, negative meant "back to the sun", and positive meant "face to the sun". Today, negative and positive have different meanings in medicine. To some degree, the medical meanings of the two words are reversed from their original meanings: positive often denotes that some illness exists. (Tampere Film Festival)
