Żandarm z St. Tropez

The gendarme Cruchot serves very conscientiously in a remote village in the French Alps. He also holds his seventeen-year daughter Nicole on a short leash. For his zeal he's transferred to sunny Saint Tropez, which means another life for Nicole as well. But his subordinates at the police station are also facing a new life when Cruchot starts a war they never dreamed of. This film is not only the first in the "Troops" series, but also of the dizzying career of French comedian Louis de Funès. (Zlín Film Festival)
