Thomas (Pascal Greggory) to człowiek niespełniony. Ma żonę, której unika, niedającą mu już satysfakcji pracę oraz pesymistyczne nastawienie do przyszłości. Given the theme of the film, I was expecting a bit more creativity in the direction. The sense of melancholy and nostalgia is nicely captured, which is something I always appreciate in films like this. However, as I watched, it felt a bit too ordinary, and the ending leaves a lot to interpretation. Still, it’s a pleasant Belgian film—just not particularly memorable.
