I'm not a fan of "hallucinatory" scenes in films, series, and games. However, this episode was an exception. The medication mix-up and its aftermath made sense, and the scenes were so well done that I actually enjoyed them. Particularly the gun the likes of which the world has never seen was a standout moment for me.
